When will my socks arrive? I have places to go and people to impress.

We appreciate your enthusiasm! It's our goal to get you in your socks as quickly as possible. We process and ship all orders within 1 business day. We use USPS to deliver your goods, which means they usually arrive at your door (or mailbox or office or school) within 3-5 business days. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date or delivery window. Once your socks have been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment and identify its approximate delivery date.

If you would like to arrange for expedited shipping, please contact us directly at BEFORE placing your order. We will then happily provide you with a quote for various shipping methods that meet your desired timeframe.

Returns Policy

What if I change my mind?

We love our socks and we want to make sure that you love them too! If you change your mind (and decide that you no longer want your feet to be the envy of all your peers), you may request to return your order for a refund within 30 days from ORDERING. All socks must be returned in their original unused, unworn condition with the tag still attached.

Actual shipping fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. When receiving a credit for your returned merchandise, actual shipping fees will be deducted from the total of the original order. Please note that the actual shipping fees associated with an order may be more than the discounted shipping price provided during any one of our shipping promotions (e.g. Free Shipping).

Returns Process

What do I do now that I've reluctantly decided to return my socks?

In order to begin the process of returning your merchandise, please send an email to  Within your email, please list the following information:

  1. Order #
  2. Item(s) to be returned
  3. Reason for the return (It helps us make our socks even better!)

We will then contact you, via email, with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Specific instructions on how and where to send your return will be included within the same email.

Please note that return orders must be delivered to KNOCKS SOCKS LLC within 14 days from your receipt of the email containing the RMA number in order to receive a credit for your returned merchandise. Returns generally take 7-10 business days to be processed. All credits will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase.

Care Instructions

How do I make sure my socks look as good as possible, for as long as possible?

That's a great question. Thanks for asking.

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed
  • Air dry for best results; Tumble dry low, if necessary
  • Wash inside out for best results

Please remember that socks, just like other clothing items that you wear with regularity, have a finite lifetime. We strongly suggest that you follow all of the instructions above to make sure that your socks look as good as possible for as long as possible.
